Fox Creek Apartments is operated under the Tax Credit Program authorized by Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. The program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of low, moderate, and middle-income families. Residency at Fox Creek requires the applicants to meet certain qualifying standards established by the Federal government. This program is not connected with Section 8, although Housing vouchers are accepted. Income includes, in addition to standard wages, funds received from many other sources, such as alimony, child support, pensions, and social security. Individuals and families must meet specific income standards in order to qualify to live at Fox Creek.
